GateWay Counseling Center is located between Clinton and Laurens, South Carolina. GateWay Counseling Center began as the Laurens County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse in 1980 by an ordinance from Laurens County Council as a result of the South Carolina Act 301 of 1973.
